For example: collect, retrieve, store and forward.
Data protection means:
Data is protected from any illegal use.
A database is a computer system.
A lot of information is stored on it.
The information can be easily found and changed.
Data storage means:
Files and documents are stored digitally.
Data security means securing digital information.
Data is protected from damage, theft or unauthorized access.
Back-up means saving data.
For example, on a cloud or on an external hard drive.
